Marius is a bridge between cybersecurity and cyber insurance. Our goal is to help organizations, who are facing a confusing challenge in developing their own response to cyber risk, find a straightforward solution. We accomplish this by partnering with vendors that already supply superior cyber risk management, and tack on insurance to create a simple and full cyber risk solution.

Team Members
Sunil Jain
Co-Founder | CEO
Sunil is an insurance entrepreneur that has been bootstrapping and innovating insurance businesses for over a decade. He has successfully started and grown numerous programs across various lines of insurance for MGUs, reinsurers and risk retention groups.
Sunil co-founded VALE Insurance Partners, a managing general underwriter writing transactional liability insurance, which was sold in 2021. Sunil also co-founded Rivington Partners, an insurance group that writes specialty lines of P&C insurance, which was merged with Applied Underwriters in 2019.
Sunil previously held positions at private equity and investment banking institutions. He graduated from Carnegie Mellon with degrees in Finance and Statistics.

Ben is an experienced insurance executive and entrpreneur. He has elegantly mastered the jump from insurance to the technology and insurtech side to create new growth for the industry.
Ben was previously Founder and Chief Insurance Officer at Telivy, providing digitally embedded insurance distribution solutions, Partnerships Lead at Pathpoint, and Head of Underwriting at At-Bay.
Ben previously held underwriting and executive positions at Travelers, Hartford, and Tokio Marine. He graduated from the University of Colorado at Boulder with a B.A. in Economics.

John C. Harris

John is the founding Partner and CEO of Aspire, a premier technology services firm specializing in the delivery of digital infrastructure solutions and managed services. Over his career he has led numerous successful professional services organizations. John’s engineering background coupled with a keen business sense, foster a company culture focused on partnership, accountability, and delivering business value.
He is a member of Cisco’s National Channel Advisory Board. John is active with various charities and is a Board Member of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Monmouth and Middlesex counties. John holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from the University of Delaware.

Michael M. Salerno

Michael Salerno has built NPPG into one of the region’s largest Employee Benefits, Retirement Planning & Actuarial Consulting firms. Michael is a member of multiple boards and has more than 20 years of experience in the retirement and employee benefits sector.
A 1993 graduate of Clemson University, Michael is a Registered Investment Advisor holding insurance licenses in multiple states and was a former NASD Principal passing series 7,63,65,31 and 24.

Sandeep Jain
Advisor
Sandeep is serving as a strategic and technical advisor to Marius. He is an angel investor in the energy and climate space. He previously co-founded Workrise (formerly RigUp), a digital labor and services marketplace for the energy industry, valued at $2B. He was formerly an engineering executive at both Google and Facebook.
